Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2025

The Short Version

DIGR is a marketplace where creators sell samples and buyers license them. We're the platform, not the content creator. You keep your rights, buyers get a license to use your work, and everyone plays fair.

What DIGR Is

DIGR ("the Platform") is a marketplace operated by Frequency 43 that connects music producers who create samples ("Creators") with people who want to use them ("Buyers").

We provide the platform infrastructure. We are not responsible for the content uploaded by Creators. Each Creator is solely responsible for ensuring they have the rights to sell their work.

Who Can Use DIGR

Creator Rights & Responsibilities

You retain all rights to your work. When you upload samples to DIGR, you're not giving us ownership. You're granting us a license to display, distribute, and sell your content on the platform.

By uploading, you confirm:

⚠️ Don't upload copyrighted samples you don't own. We will remove infringing content and may suspend accounts.

Buyer Rights

When you purchase samples on DIGR, you receive a license to use them, not ownership of the underlying content. See our License Terms for exactly what you can and can't do.

The short version: Use samples in your productions (including commercial releases), but don't resell them as-is or claim you made them.

Purchases & Refunds

🎧 All sales are final. Preview before you buy.

Because samples are digital goods that can be downloaded immediately, we do not offer refunds. Every pack includes preview audio so you can hear what you're getting before purchase.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for:

Creator Earnings

Creators receive 100% of each sale. We take no platform fee. Free-tier buyers pay a 30% service fee on top of the listed price; Pro and Studio subscribers pay 0% buyer fee.

Earnings are paid out according to our payout schedule. We reserve the right to withhold payments if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Content Rules

We may remove content that:

Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Platform Changes

We may update these terms, modify features, or discontinue services at any time. We'll notify users of significant changes via email or platform announcement.

Limitation of Liability

DIGR is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things running, but we're not liable for:
