Slophouse Studios LLC ("Frequency 43," "we," "us," or "our") operates freq43.com (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Google OAuth Data
When you sign in with Google, we receive:
- Email address
- Display name
- Profile photo
We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, calendar, or other Google services.
1.2 Account & Preference Data
- Visualization presets and color schemes
- Saved settings and configurations
- Subscription tier and billing status
1.3 DIGR Marketplace Data
If you upload or purchase content:
- Filenames and upload dates
- License tier selections
- Download counts and purchase history
- Seller payout records and earnings
1.4 Stem Splitter Uploads
This is the only feature involving server-side audio processing.
- Audio files you upload for stem splitting are temporarily sent to our servers
- Files are processed using machine learning models
- All uploaded audio is deleted within 24 hours of processing completion
- We do not listen to, review, or use your audio for any purpose other than performing the requested stem split
1.5 Payment Data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do NOT store:
- Credit card numbers
- Bank account numbers
- Full payment credentials
Stripe provides us with transaction confirmations and limited billing details (last 4 digits, expiration date) for record-keeping.
1.6 Usage & Analytics Data
We collect:
- Pages visited and features used
- Session duration and frequency
- Device type, browser, and operating system
- IP address (for security and approximate geolocation by region)
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Audio processed in the Lab/Visualizer — All visualization and frequency analysis runs locally in your browser. No audio is transmitted to our servers.
- Tab-captured audio — Audio captured from other browser tabs is processed in real-time locally. It is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to our servers.
- Browsing history outside freq43.com
- Precise GPS geolocation data
- Contents of your Google account beyond basic profile information
